Autonomous self-propelled vehicle, with a seat, cabin cover, wipers, etc … Fitted with pressurised sand tank from 200-1200 kg approx., with flexible hose and dispensing nozzle, allows train or tram sandboxes to be loaded.

The transfer of sand from the tank to the sandbox on the trains is carried out with compressed air produced by the compressor installed in the vehicle.

The system has batteries and a power inverter, which makes it totally autonomous.

When filling sandboxes, the residual dust is sucked up by the gun and purified through the filter.
The sand filling is done at very low speed to minimize the production of dust, prevent abrasion of the flexible hose, pulling, etc.

When the sand box is full, sand loading stops.

The equipment has a mains outlet with a cable winder for a standard power plug of 220 V 16 A and can be used in the case of voltage dips of the batteries to increase the autonomy of the equipment.
